Zoey walked into Monday's standup with the kind of weekend energy you only get after hate-watching a webinar that was way too correct.
"I'm just saying," she began, laptop open, eyes tired, "if someone asked us today what AI we're running, where it's deployed, and who owns it… we would answer with a vibe and a shrug."

For anything missing ownership or unclear data:
Open a ticket: "MVAI Triage , assign owner + confirm data type + confirm decisioning/agent actions"
Set due date: End of week
Route to: The team benefiting from it (or the team that integrated it)
This turns "inventory" into "governance." Every unknown becomes a tracked work item with accountability attached.
